There are many reasons people choose to come to counselling

For some individuals, they are struggling with symptoms that are interfering with their life, others are interested in improving a relationship, others are seeking support in processing a difficult life event or coping with a stressor, while others are interested in maximizing their gifts and potential. For many people, it is a combination of factors that lead them into the office. 

Our goal is to understand what brings you in and work with you to make progress in the areas that you identify as important. 

It is okay not to be okay. You are not broken though, which means you do not need to be fixed. We believe you need to be heard and supported in finding new ways to cope.

We want to meet where you are at and find a way to support you to grow and change in the ways you are hoping.
